Stephen has considerable experience in financial markets and large corporate risk management since 1999. Stephen is a Director of HNW Group Holdings and a Financial Adviser, Authorised Representative and a Responsible Manager of HNW Planning Pty Ltd. Stephen’s responsibilities and achievements have focused on financial management, corporate governance, compliance and staff development. Stephen has specific expertise in debt funding and financial risk management for large ASX listed corporations. Stephen holds a Masters degree in Applied Finance and Investment, Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Financial Services, and is a member of CPA Australia.

Steven Flaws
Steven began in the financial services industry in 1996 where he worked with mortgage reduction strategies which quickly grew into financial planning for the customers.
After varying roles in South Australia and NSW in the industry Steven found his niche in sales management, personal performance and human relations. Within this role Steven ran a large team of sales professionals which were awarded for their regular achievements.
Steven is an accredited Integrity and Values profile interpreter which is used as the base for ongoing personal development and mentoring for both personal and professional success.

David Hamblin
David holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and has been involved in share trading using technical analysis since 2003. Having managed departments in a large international scrapbooking company and owned his own business, David is now in charge of everyday operations at HNW Group Holdings. David holds a Bachelors' Degree in Design (Industrial Design) and has a background in design and graphics.
